Promptness: Warming up is a very important part of gymnastics and is done at the beginning of each class to avoid injury. Please have your child at the gym and ready to go 5 minutes prior to the strat of class to ensure proper warm up.

Proper Attire: All girls must have their hair pulled away from thier face and no jewelry or earrings should be worn. Also, they should be wearing a leotard without tights. All boys should wear a T-shirt tucked into shorts or sweatpants. Belts should not be worn. Sneakers are not permitted and children should have bare feet.

Waiting Room: No running, climbing or disruptive behavior while in the waiting area. All parents are to stay in the waiting room while the class is occurring.

During Class: There must be an instructor present to enter the gym and to be on the equipment. Let the teacher know if you feel sick, need to go to the bathroom or would like a water break. Tell the teacher if you are afraid of a skill or exercise.

Make Ups: We offer 2 make ups that are to be made up within the session. Please contact the office to arrange any missed class. Classes mot made up will not be credited or refunded.

Payments: Payment for 1/2 the class and registration is due at the time of registration. The second payment is due no later than 3 weeks into the session. There is a $20 Bank Fee on returned checks.

Snow Days: Please call the gym and listen to the voicemail to find out the schedule for the day.
