GYMNASTICS FOR 1.5 - 5.5 YEARS OLD
Lesson plans are scheduled every 1-2 weeks. Repetition is key at this age and repeating a lesson plan encourages better understanding of the skills being taught as well as allowing for more challenging exercises once the basic lesson plan skills have been mastered. We start off our classes with a variety of warm up exercises to get the children moving. From there basic stretches and shapes are introduced. We move on to our circuits which include learning gymnastics skills and terminology while using both pre school and olympic sized equipment. Classes are designed to help children develop balance, body awareness, strength, flexibility and coordination. Carefully designed gymnastics lesson plans incorporate themes to provide a safe and exciting progression that will challenge each child to the best of their ability throughout the year.

1.5-3 years old - 2026-2027 Schedule
CGA’s Parent & Tot class is for gymnasts who are 1.5-3 years old. A parent will accompany and assist their child through activities to improve coordination and build body awareness, all while practicing early social and listening skills.
3-4.5 years old - 2026-2027 Schedule
This busy class they can do by themselves! We take each child's energy and channel it into creative gymnastics activities by introducing basic tumbling skills and gymnastics positions. Games, obstacle courses and music combine to create a fun and safe atmosphere.
4.5-5.5 years old - 2026-2027 Schedule
This class concentrates on the development of basic gymnastics skills. Weekly lessons are designed to challenge children at all skill levels in a fun, safe and challenging environment. Your child will conquer obstacle courses and learn developmental gymnastics skills with an introduction to competitive gymnastics equipment.

For first time families we want to give you a chance to "sample" our classes. If the class is not what you expected let us know, before your second class and we will refund your tuition.

(September - June) you can START and STOP anytime.
START anytime as long as there is room in the class and we
will prorate the tuition if the month has already started.
If you need to STOP we just need a 30 day written notice.
