Recreational Gymnastics
5.5 years and 8 & Up
CGA has a fully structured recreational gymnastics class program and is based on a progression learning system, emphasizing safety and success while having fun. Your child will be guided through step by step skill progressions and specific drills and skills, providing the opportunity to effectively achieve and refine gymnastics, while progressing from beginner to advanced levels. Students will be working on all Olympic events/equipment: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise, as well as Trampolines, Foam Pits and a variety of specialized equipment. Our objectives for your child is to learn proper gymnastics skills safely, and increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and fitness levels. Our goal is for each gymnast to become a hard working, self-confident and healthy individual.

For first time families we want to give you a chance to "sample" our classes. If the class is not what you expected let us know, before your second class and we will refund your tuition.
